cputool software package provides Utility which manages CPU usage and system load, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cputool
cputool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cputool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cputool *
You will get with cputool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
